Denitsa Sacheva – Founder and Managing Director

Born on 2nd November 1973 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Graduated Tourism Management in Hoge Hotel School, Maastricht, Netherlands. Denitsa Sacheva is Bachelor in Social Pedagogic from the South-West University, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. Master in Health Management, University of Bourgas, Bulgaria. Master Cum Laude in PR, Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communications, Sofia University. Additional trainings and qualifications in health, social services and communications have been obtained in UK, the Netherlands, USA, Australia and Latin America.
She worked for the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy for 6 years and was one of the first 10 employees of the National Health Insurance Fund in Bulgaria. In the period 1999 – 2001 she has been head of the Office of the Minister of Health of Republic of Bulgaria
Her job experience record includes over 15 international projects funded by the EU Commission, World Bank, USAID, UNICEF and UNDP. As a greatest professional experience and challenge Denitsa considers organisation and management of the public and political communications of the health reform in Bulgaria, covering over 134,000 medical professionals and the entire general public in the country.
Since 2006 she is Member of the Public Council at the Office of the Minister of European Affairs of Republic of Bulgaria Meglena Kuneva (now EU Commissioner on Consumer Protection at present).
Gives PR practice classes at the New Bulgarian University in Sofia and lectures Health Communications at London’s School of PR in Sofia.
Council Member for Bulgaria in the International PR Association (IPRA) for two mandates (2005-2006 and 2007- 2008).
Full member of European Association of Communication Directors.
Yordan Yotov – Co-founder and Creative Director

Born in 1971 in Plovdiv. MA in Public Relations, University of Sofia. In 2003 defended graduation thesis on “Integrated Marketing Communications of Prescription Drugs”.
In 1992-1995 specialised as Cinema and Television Cameraman. He has worked as an IT manager, web designer and event manager. Chairman of the Board of Directors of “IntelDAY Solutions” and creative director of the company since 2001.
Mr. Yotov works mainly in the field of marketing, advertisement and graphic design. Internet communications are his speciality.
Recently he was Project Director of ten of the biggest projects of the agency, most of which have been for pharmaceutical companies.
He was involved in organising and managing one of the biggest show projects for the period 1997-2001.
Nevena Popova-Minkova – Corporate Communications Manager

Born on 5 March 1977 in Gabrovo. Graduated from the Language School in Lovech (German and English).
MA in Public Relations, Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication, Sofia University. Defended graduation thesis on “Providing information to target groups in difficult communication environment in the field of health insurance”. Mrs. Popova-Minkova has several years of practice as a journalist in regional electronic and printed media.
From 2000 to 2002 she worked as Head of the PR Department of the Regional Health Insurance Fund in Gabrovo.
In 2002 Ms. Popova-Minkova joined the IntelDAY Solutions team. She is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists and associate member of the Bulgarian Public Relations Society.
Ivona Hristova – Social/Healthcare Communications Manager

Born on 14 December 1977 in Kyustendil. In 1996 graduated from the National School of Ancient Languages and Cultures “St. Konstantin-Kiril Philosopher”. MA in Culture Sciences, University of Sofia, specialisation in “Myth, religion and art”. For two years she worked as project manager for Preobrajenie Foundation and Psyche Foundation focused mainly to the social and cultural sphere.
Ms. Hristova has extensive professional experience in the field of public relations and in all stages of development and implementation of NGO-sector projects.
She has specialised investigative journalism in IREX/ProMEDIA Broadcasting Cneter under a USAID program and took a training course on project preparation in the field of culture under the Swiss cultural program in Bulgaria “PRO HELVETIA”.
Daniel Stefanov - Political Communications Expert
Born on 5th of January, 1981 in Russe. He has a BA degree in Political Science from Sofia University. In 2007 he completed his MA degree in Political Science from Central European University, Budapest. There he specialized in the field of electoral politics. He has been a scholarship student of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Central European University. Mr. Stefanov has additional qualifications in Germany and the Netherlands.
From 2005 to 2007 he participated in several electoral campaigns. In October 2007 he joined IntelDay Solutions’ team as a communication and political analyst.
Daniela Stoyanova – Account Executive

Born in 1985 in Kardjali, July 18. She is a Public Relations and Mass Communication student in New Bulgarian University, Sofia. In 2007 she certificated in Master Class in Event Leadership, leading by The International Event Management Authority and best selling author, Dr. Joe Goldblatt, CSEP in Elieff Center for Education and Culture, AUBG’s branch in Sofia. 2001 – 2006 she worked as a Product Manager at а Mobile Multiple Company. In 2007 she became a part of the IntelDay Solutions team.
Rosiana Sotirova - Account Executive

Born on 03 July 1982 in Sofia. She has graduated in 2001 economy in the National High School of Trade and Banking (specialization in Banking and Insurance with English). Right after she has practiced in the National Bank of Bulgaria. In January 2007 she has obtained two Bachelor degrees in Politics and Mass communications (base programme) and Public relations and Journalism from the New Bulgarian University in Sofia. Defended graduation thesis on “The Social Role of the Media in Reporting the Problem of Obesity”.
Nikolai Dimitrov – Administration and Logistics Manager
“Difference is valuable”
Mr. Dimitrov was born on 5 August 1972 in Sofia. Graduated from secondary school. In the period 1992-1996 he was a cargo expert in Sofia Airport. He has worked for BTC, and from 1999 to 2001 worked in Administrative and Economic Activities Directorate of the National Health Insurance Fund. In the beginning of 2001 he joined the team of IntelDAY Solutions AD as a technical assistant. Since 2004 he has been the company Administrative Director.
